“What works with this garment?” and “Which makeup colors suit my skin tone?” are not the same problem. Stylematch deliberately keeps the tools separate. Clothing harmony starts with a selected fabric color; makeup starts with skin depth and undertone, then assigns a purpose to every shade.
Math as a dependable foundation
The generator calculates locally in the HSL color model. It changes hue, saturation and lightness to create monochromatic, analogous and contrasting relationships. Results are immediate and are not influenced by advertising or a product catalog.
Trends as a second layer
Fashion and beauty change. A separate process therefore collects publicly available signals from multiple sources. A trend is shown only after its sources are checked and a human approves it. Sources are listed on every published story.
How the project intends to earn revenue
Stylematch is intended to be supported by clearly identified advertising and affiliate links. Those commercial relationships will not alter mathematical results or determine what receives editorial approval.
